Tenants Advocacy Program
The Tenants Advocacy Program at Cornell Law School provides free legal assistance to residential (non-commercial) tenants. Once Hotline volunteers conduct intake, tenants are connected with a law student who works closely with a licensed attorney to provide advice and/or representation.
Ithaca Tenants Union
The ITU is a community organization of Ithaca tenants with a focus on tenant solidarity and community organizing. With a building database of landlord reports and reviews, they provide helpful information to Ithaca renters and stand by their side through any issue they may face.
211/Human Services Coalition
Human Services Coalition is aimed at enhancing the delivery of health and human services by aiding those searching for help. Their 211 Tompkins Cortland Information and Referral system serves as a resource to those looking for help finding employment, housing, healthcare, afterschool programs, financial assistance, and more.

Advocacy Center is the only provider of Domestic and Sexual Violence services in Tompkins County. They provide free and confidential support to children and adults through their crises services, emotional needs support, and legal advocacy.
